Rentals are priced at $275 daily with 100 free miles per day.  24/7 roadside
assistance is included.  Additional miles will be charged at $1.00 each per day.

Driver Qualifications – The renter and any additional authorized driver must be between 25 and 70 years of age.  Driver must be in possession of a valid license. To qualify for a rental, you cannot have been cited for any of the following in the past 3 years: Reckless driving, Driving under the influence of a controlled substance (DWI or DUI), Leaving the scene of an accident, Operating a vehicle without insurance, Possession of a stolen vehicle.  When you make a reservation with us, you authorize Yellowstone Classic Auto Rental, LLC. to run a MVR report (Motor Vehicle Report) with your state to gather this information.

Allowed driving area – All use of the vehicle must take place within a 50 mile radius of the boundaries of Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park..  Yellowstone Classic Auto Rental, LLC.  must specifically approve any exceptions prior to the beginning of the rental period.

Speed Limit – The posted legal speed limit in both National Parks is 45 mph.  As a condition of use, it is expected and required that these cars are not driven in excess of the posted speed limit and never driven at a speed beyond 45 mph.

Care of the car – We believe an important part of your experience with our cars is their
sparkling appearance. We work hard to keep our cars looking great inside and out – it
reflects well on us, and it means you’ll look great and have more fun as a customer. Please, no smoking. It’s commonplace to treat modern cars like an extension of the kitchen or office.
Our cars require actual driving: they have no cup holders; leather and cloth upholstery stains easily. Please eat and drink responsibly. Stop and have a picnic instead!

Deposits and refunds -- We require a deposit of 50% of the rental charge at the time of
the reservation. In addition, a $2500 Damage Deposit must be placed prior to every rental.  The damage deposit is made as an authorization against your credit card's credit limit.  The deposit  removes that amount of credit from your credit line during your rental period.

Cancellation Policy –There is a $200.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled between 10-14 days of the start of the rental.  A 50% charge from the total rental price will apply if you cancel between 7-10 days.  A 100% charge of the total rental price will be charged if the rental is canceled within 0-7 days of the rental start day.

Payment – We accept payment only by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover). Payment in full is required at the end of the rental period.

Insurance Coverage – In order to rent our cars, all renters must carry full coverage (comprehensive, collision and liability) on their current car insurance policy at the time of the rental.  You are fully responsible for the car during the rental period including any and all physical damage and personal liability. Your insurance is the insurance coverage in force during the rental. At the time of reservation you will need to provide valid proof of insurance and contact information about your insurance company and agent so that we can confirm that you have adequate insurance in force. Liability limits must be at a minimum of 100,000 / 300,000 / 100,000.  We do not accept insurance policies underwritten by Safe Auto,  Eagle, Accurate, United Auto, Safeway, Unique, as well as other companies providing insurance to people who have a high risk rating (SR rating). 

Rental Day Requirements – On the day you place a deposit and make a reservation with us, a confirmation will be emailed to you.  This will confirm your vehicle, rental date, times and costs.  It will not contain any personal information.  On the day of your rental, you will need to have 3 items in your possession:

1. Your valid driver's license
2. Your proof of insurance card
3. The credit card(s) you used to make the deposit and payment with us

If you do not have these 3 items with you at the time of the rental, WE WILL NO BE ABLE TO RENT THE VEHICLE TO YOU.

All drivers must be present at the time of the rental.  We require that all first time renters go through a 10-15 minute orientation on the vehicle that they will be renting.   This done so that you will be familiar with the safe and efficient operation of the car.

Additional Drivers – You may add ONE person to a rental for a fee of $75.00.  Additional drive must be present at the time of the rental and must meet all of the qualifications as the primary renter.

Prohibited Uses – Only the renter and any additional authorized driver may drive the car.
Our rental agreement prohibits uses such as racing, towing, off-road use, any illegal activity,
etc.
