- Are these cars really authentic 1929 Ford Model A's?
-
The cars we rent were factory built from 1979-1981 under an agreement with Ford by the Model A and Model T Motor Car Reproduction Company. The cars were sold and warrantied exclusively through Ford dealerships as commemorative reproductions celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1929 Model A. Now that the cars are 30 years old, they have been nicely restored and upgraded.
- Are the cars safe?
-
These cars are built to D.O.T. standards of 1980 and are safe to drive. They are much safer than an original 1929 Model A because they have disk brakes, modern steering mechanisms, seat belts and turn signals. Our cars are equipped with reliable engines and automatic transmissions for ease of operation and to make your Yellowstone experience enjoyable and trouble free.
